10 Things I Like to Do Other Then Climbing…For Climbing

1. Hot YOGA

2. Eat HEALTHY & drink lots of WATER

3. Adequate SLEEP

4. Watch climbing videos that MOTIVATE me

5. Listen to MUSIC

6. Help the FUTURE of climbing… teach lessons and coach a youth team

7. RUN…nothing is better then running by the ocean  with someone you love

8. MASSAGE; Give and receive (it helps so much to understand the body every way that I can!)

9. SWIM  in the ocean at least once a month ( feel at peace )
